The Sisterhood of our Temple sponsors Girl Scouts of America Troop 3279. This troop has two programs: Girl Scouts and Brownies.

Girl Scouts seek to enable girls to understand and become better prepared for the realilties of their lives in a changing world, through activities that are consistent with the Girl Scout philosophy.

The Girl Scout program is for girls in grades 4 - 6 . The Brownies are for girls in grades 1 - 3.

Meetings will be held on selected Thursdays at the Temple from 6 - 7:15 pm. All parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child promptly from the meeting.

Membership in the Girl Scout organization is open to all girls and adults - regardless of race, religion, national origin, socioeconomic status or ability - who accept the Girl Scout Promise, Law and the principles and beliefs of the organization.
