Mission Statement
The mission of the Susanna E. Heiman Religious School is to nurture, educate, and motivate our children to become active lifelong members of the Jewish community. Our course of study encompasses Jewish ethics, culture, history, Israel, and Hebrew. Our students will participate in various aspects of our Jewish tradition including Torah, prayer, ritual, holidays, and social action.

The Temple offers a complete program in its religious school:
Bar/Bat Mitzvah Preparation,
Confirmation Program,
a Hebrew High School Program.
and a program for students with special needs,
Our school spans 13 years of the child's life;
from Kindergarten through 12th Grade, and its purpose, simply stated is
"TO GIVE OUR CHILDREN
AS COMPLETE A JEWISH EDUCATION AS IS HUMANLY POSSIBLE."
Our curriculum includes Hebrew; Jewish History and Culture; Holidays; Life-Cycle Observance (from birth to death); and Jewish ethics, morals and values.
