Service Schedule

Ongoing Announcements and General Info Below

The Communications Committee would like to remind you of the following

Weekly email

Have you been wondering where we get the information for these emails?

If you have a temple related announcement or event that you would like us to include,

just email the information to templebnt@gmail.com by Monday night.

Newsletter

If you have a piece for the B’nai Torah Times

email it to tbttimes@temple-bnai-torah.org.

It must be received by the first of the month prior to the issue date.

Outside Publicity

Information on events or services open to non-congregants should be emailed to Robin Wexler, to be sent to the newspapers.

Please send Robin info on upcoming events, any ideas or pictures you might have.

If you have a publicity article, please do not send it to newspapers yourself!! It must go to Robin Wexler at profrobinw@aol.com

Robin needs at least 3 weeks prior notice of any event for timely placement in local newspapers.

Website

If you have a suggestion or information for the website, please email it to communications@temple-bnai-torah.org.

**For all of the above, please be clear if all congregants are invited

and if the event is open to non-congregants

Funeral and/or Shiva Information

If you have funeral and/or shiva information that the deceased’s family would like to notify the congregation of:

Call the temple office 221-2370 x21 (to speak to the Rabbi during office hours).

If you don’t need to speak to the Rabbi, you should dial x10 (Marilyn) or email the information to templebnt@gmail.com.

Please note that emails are only sent for the passing of congregants, their parents, spouses, siblings and children.  Others can be included in the next TBT Times, if you wish.

The TBT Times has gone digital…..

Starting with our September issue, every issue of the TBT Times is available on the Temple website (http://www.temple-bnai-torah.org/) for your reading pleasure. SOME TEMPLE HOUSEKEEPING

To keep things running smoothly, there is a system for using paper goods . If you need any paper goods for any event or function, please fill out a request form which is in the Temple office, at least a week before your event. Leave the form in the purchasing box. Laura or Marilyn can help you. Your supplies will be available for you at your function.

Also, please fill out a room requisition for any event or function at least a week before. Leave it in Anthony's box in the office. When we follow this plan, all runs smoothly and there is no confusion.

Thanks so much for your help.

Any questions? Call Sue Beller 826-4909 or Rita Hofer 785-5827

If you have an upcoming birthday or anniversary that you would like included in Sisterhood’s Uniongrams list,

please call the temple office, 221-2370 x10, and make sure that they have the information on file.  The office needs the information at least 2 months prior to the issue of the B’nai Torah Times.
