SOME
TEMPLE HOUSEKEEPING
To keep
things running smoothly, there is a system for using paper goods . If you need
any paper goods for any event or function, please fill out a
request form which is in the Temple office, at least a week before your
event. Leave the form in the purchasing box. Laura or Marilyn can help you.
Your supplies will be available for you at your function.
Also,
please fill out a room requisition for any event or function at least a week
before. Leave it in Anthony's box in the office. When we follow this plan, all
runs smoothly and there is no confusion.
Thanks
so much for your help.
Any questions?
